Tavern/Hosteria Borgo Sile is located in Casarsa, a small city of Friuli Venezia Giulia, in the northern Italy. The location is really pleasant and it has also an outside part. The service is quite good: we are offered an appetizer, which was tasty, but the staff is a little bit slow when it comes to serve the customers. The menu is mainly based on meat dishes, but there are also some fish dishes with vegetables. The dishes are well prepared and beautiful from the point of view of the presentation. The meat is well cooked and the fish is of high quality. We think the bill is a little bit too expensive, but we still suggest you to try this tavern because it offers the typical dishes the area where it is located.

L’Osteria Borgo Sile si trova a Casarsa, una piccola città del Friuli Venezia Giulia, nel nord Italia. La location è molto gradevole e presenta anche una parte all’esterno. Il servizio è buono: ci è stato offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto e ci sono stati serviti dei gustosi crostini, però sono stati un po’ lenti nel servirci. Il menù è principalmente a base di carne, ma sono presenti anche piatti di pesce con contorni di verdure. I piatti si presentano molto curati dal punto di vista della presentazione. La carne è cotta molto bene ed il pesce è di qualità. Riteniamo che il conto sia un pochino elevato, ma vi consigliamo comunque di provare la cucina di quest’Osteria perché rappresenta a pieno le specialità della zona.
